"I would recommend this hotel because of the friendly and efficient staff. The food buffet is very good and entertainment very enjoyable, dancing every night! It is always immaculate and if you do need maintenance it is very prompt."

I have visited this hotel once and the experience was exceptional. The service was excellent - the staff were helpful and engaged. The view from the hotel was amazing which really enhanced my stay. I will always return to this hotel as I believe it is the best in the area. :)

We always use this hotel and have done so for many years now. It's situation is ideal for both beaches which are easily accessible with mobility scooters, as is the old town. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, from reception to bar to restaurant. Nothing is too much trouble. The choice and variety of dishes in the restaurant is excellent. We are returning in September.

Room well maintained and hotel clean. Staff efficient and friendly from the cleaning ladies to the reception, restaurant and bar. Nice big outdoor pool and sufficient sized indoor pool as well. The evening entertainment could have been better but not a major problem. The hotel is nicely situated and there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops close by. I would be happy to return to this hotel sometime in the future.

we had asked our travel compny for a low floor, we were originally put on Flr15,this was immediately changed to flr1 , great, the kettle failed, replaced immediately with a brand new one. every thing we needed wqs aattended to immediately, could not have been better.
